These Terms of Service apply to your use of ScrollShot (the "App"). ScrollShot is provided by Manifold Tech ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Service Description

ScrollShot is designed to convert iPhone screen recordings or screenshots into long stitched images.
The core stitching workflow is processed locally on your device, with no cloud interaction during processing.
Some features may require an internet connection, such as purchase verification and restore purchases.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must comply with Apple App Store terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
These Terms supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Unless otherwise stated here, your use of the App is governed by Apple's standard EULA.
In-app purchase billing (including subscriptions and lifetime purchase) is handled by Apple through your Apple ID.
You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure.

3. Purchase Options and Billing

Pro features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions and a Lifetime option (one-time purchase).
Prices and billing terms for each option are displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. The Lifetime purchase does not renew automatically.

4. User Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of your screen recordings, screenshots, and exported images.
You grant us only the permissions necessary to provide the app's functionality.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content processing and sharing activities comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the App for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activities.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App or related services.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or completely error-free results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms and Contact

We may update these Terms to reflect product updates or legal requirements.
Your continued use of the App after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
