These Terms of Service apply to your use of StemX (the "App"). StemX is provided by Manifold Tech ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Service Description

StemX is designed to separate songs into independent stems such as vocals, drums, and bass.
AI stem separation is processed locally on your iPhone or iPad. Your audio files are never uploaded to the cloud.
Some features require an internet connection, such as subscription verification and restore purchases.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must comply with Apple App Store terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
These Terms supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("EULA"). Unless otherwise stated here, your use of the App is governed by Apple's standard EULA.
In-app purchases (including subscriptions and lifetime purchase) are handled by Apple through your Apple ID.

3. Purchase Options and Billing

Pro features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly / yearly) and a Lifetime option (one-time purchase).
Prices and billing terms for each option are displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. The Lifetime purchase does not renew automatically.
Subscription status is verified through RevenueCat. This verification does not involve your audio content.

4. User Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of the source audio you import and the stems generated from it.
Separation is processed locally. We do not upload or store your audio.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal rights (including copyright authorization) to the source audio you import, and that your content processing and sharing activities comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
The App may request microphone, photo library, and Apple Music library permissions solely for their corresponding features (vocal recording, extracting audio from videos, selecting library songs). All related files are stored locally on your device.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the App for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activities (including intellectual property infringement).
You may not separate, distribute, or commercially use copyrighted source audio without authorization.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App or related services.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
AI separation quality varies depending on the source audio. We do not guarantee any specific quality level or flawless results.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or completely error-free results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms and Contact

We may update these Terms to reflect product updates or legal requirements.
Your continued use of the App after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
